I'm an SDE at HashiCorp, working on Vault — the industry-standard secrets management platform. My work spans both Vault Enterprise features and upstream open-source contributions, sitting at the intersection of distributed systems design, security engineering, and developer experience.
My primary languages are Go and Python. I care deeply about how distributed systems stay consistent, available, and secure under real-world conditions — Raft consensus, lease semantics, auth token hierarchies, and PKI pipelines are things I think about daily.
Outside of infrastructure, I explore machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision — areas I believe will increasingly intersect with security and infrastructure engineering. I write about all of it here.
